We are seeking a skilled Web Development Professional to join our team and work closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that meet conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design standards.

About the role:

This position will involve building and managing marketing web properties using Webflow. The ideal candidate will have expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, as well as experience with design tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide data-driven suggestions to improve website performance.
  • Develop innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using knowledge of user behavior and design principles.
  • Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in web development and implement best practices to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking (pixels, events, and tracking scripts).
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
