Job Role

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP Financial Configuration and Compliance Management (FSCM) along with a solid foundation in Business Communication Management (BCM) and Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively collaborate with customers and stakeholders to build strong relationships and address their needs in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the implementation of S/4HANA and conduct detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements, as well as design, customize, configure, and test system solutions.
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle implementations and support/enhancement projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse and multi-functional team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
  • Results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

A successful FSCM Professional will have a deep understanding of SAP financial systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-cycle implementations and support/enhancement projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Results-driven professional with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
