Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Oracle EPM functional consultant to lead the design and delivery of scalable cloud-based planning and performance management solutions for enterprise customers.

This role involves collaborating closely with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, focusing on PCMCS and PBCS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM functional implementations for cost allocation models, driver-based planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Lead solution design for scalable financial planning and performance management solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and gather functional requirements from finance users and business teams.
  • Translate business needs into solution specifications and work with technical teams on configuration.
  • Review and validate system functionality, dashboards, and reporting outputs from a functional perspective.
  • Support integration and validation activities involving financial data sources.
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancement and support for ARCS and FCCS modules.
  • Coordinate UAT, develop training materials, and support change management for end users.
  • E nsure functional alignment with financial best practices, data governance, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall experience in Oracle EPM implementations, with strong hands-on involvement in PCMCS and PBCS from a functional perspective.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes: budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cost allocations, and profitability analysis.
  • Experience conducting functional design workshops, preparing BRDs/FDDs, and supporting UAT cycles.
  • Familiarity with ARCS (reconciliations) and FCCS (consolidation flows).
  • Exposure to tools like Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and basic understanding of data integration flows.
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to liaise between business and technical teams.
  • Experience managing stakeholders and working in cross-functional, distributed teams.
