As a fashion designer, you will play a key role in creating and developing innovative clothing designs for young adults. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality garments that meet our brand's aesthetic and quality standards.

• Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of the latest fashion trends and forecast upcoming styles to ensure our brand remains relevant.
• Collection Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product lines that cater to diverse customer preferences.
• Order Execution: Oversee the production process from sampling to final product delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
• Exhibition Participation: Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and build brand awareness.
• Store Onboarding: Assist in the setup and training of new store staff on our products, services, and brand identity.
• Costing: Conduct thorough cost analyses to optimize pricing strategies and ensure profitability.
• Communication: Maintain open communication channels with pattern makers, tailors, and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and timely delivery.

• Graduate Degree in Fashion Design or related field from a reputable institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
