As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing AI-first interfaces that assist doctors in delivering personalized care and supporting the usability of health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Strategy

Develop strategic thinking and systems-level design to define delightful and accessible user experiences that align with our mission.

User Research

Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand doctor and patient workflows; synthesize insights into user journeys, personas and opportunities.

Collaboration

Work closely with product managers, physicians, engineers, data scientists and insurance specialists to validate hypotheses, plan sprints and ensure successful execution.

Prototyping

Explore and prototype new interaction patterns, including conversational UI, adaptive dashboards and AI-assisted workflows; iterate rapidly to test with users.
