Real Estate Manager Job

This is a critical role supporting all property acquisition activities across Amazon's India Network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers/partners.

  • Manage and oversee property acquisition processes including lease negotiations, on-site surveys, and project management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and vendors to deliver building requirements across different formats.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to Real Estate development in assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the team to fulfill the overall strategy for maintaining and developing space requirements of Amazon Warehouse/storage strategy.
  2. Develop a team of professionals to deliver building requirements across different formats.
  3. Maintain regular communications with business owners, finance managers, IT, legal, Operations, Facilities and Engineering functional representatives.
  4. Landlord relations, negotiation, and contractor management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in real estate negotiation and transaction management.
  • Knowledge of life-cycle of physical assets (property and buildings).
  • Ability to proactively monitor and control vendor relationships and external resources.
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
