Senior Communications Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled communications professional to manage our organization's external and internal communication efforts. This is a full-time role responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating communication programs that advance our goals and public understanding.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communication Strategy: Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders, media, and the public.
  • Media Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for media inquiries, prepare press releases, and respond to public and press questions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent us at institutions, policy meetings, and community gatherings.
  • Policy Support: Provide strategic advice on policy formulation, assess potential public reactions, and assist in articulating policy statements.
  • Content Creation: Prepare newsletters, brochures, presentations, social media materials, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research, analyze public opinion and regulatory trends, and provide impact assessments and recommendations.
Required Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for various audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and advocacy abilities to drive organizational interests in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present information to foster understanding and build support.
  • Project management and event coordination skills for public outreach and educational programming.
  • MBA/Management in Public Affairs or related education and certifications.
