Analytics Solution Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead the implementation and management of analytics solutions, configure data elements, and ensure seamless data collection across digital platforms.

  • Map AEM metadata, user attributes, and events to Adobe Launch data elements for actionable insights.
  • Create and manage tag properties, schemas, rules, and data elements in Adobe Launch for streamlined tracking.
  • Configure data elements to extract information from DOM, JavaScript, cookies, or Data Layers for enhanced analytics capabilities.
  • Set up and manage Adobe Analytics, ECID (Experience Cloud ID), and WebSDK extensions for robust reporting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of analytics tracking requirements for business growth.
  • Validate and debug analytics implementations using tools such as AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, and Omnibug for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into tracking requirements and ensure accurate reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Provide support for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements of Adobe Launch configurations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with Adobe Experience Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with governance frameworks for regulatory adherence.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics implementation for proven expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of AEM integration with Analytics for comprehensive understanding.
  • Hands-on expertise in creating and managing data layers and analytics tracking strategies for effective results.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies for efficient implementation.
  • Proficiency in using debugging tools: AEP Debugger, ObservePoint, Omnibug for swift issue resolution.
  • Experience with Adobe ECID and WebSDK extensions for expanded functionality.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for tag management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for successful collaboration.
