Finance Business Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Business Specialist to play a key role in supporting the transformation of New Deal Billing Contract On-boarding and Billing source file automation within a Financial Institutional organization. This position involves the creation, development, and implementation of new business processes and technology, documentation, client contract analysis, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research Client Contracts and amendments, analyzing legal documents and translating requirements into actionable tasks for clients.
  • Analyze SAP Order to Cash transactional data, A/B Testing, mapping, data analysis, master data support.
  • Collaborate with Billers and Billing Leaders to establish current business practices, identify pain points, and articulate potential future states.
  • Participate in large-scale, cross-functional projects across Finance Shared Services, including business requirements gathering, current state analysis, and support for future state design and implementation.
  • Implement change management within a multinational organization, adapting to a constantly evolving environment with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Engage actively with multiple business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and interpret their business problems and needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields, with 1+ years of experience in Finance, Reporting, Analytics, Process Improvement, or similar roles.
  • SAP Order to Cash experience, particularly Invoicing, including ETL and Pricing.
  • Advanced Excel, Visio, SharePoint, PowerBI, and database skills, with critical thinking and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced dynamic business culture.
