Job Description

As a Backend Developer with a Product Mindset, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable backend components, read and understand API documentation, and contribute to our system infrastructure. Your responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, debugging production issues, testing APIs, collaborating with product managers and developers, and participating in on-call debugging sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop robust backend components using Java and Spring/Hibernate frameworks
  • Analyze logs and participate in on-call rotations to resolve real-time issues
  • Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks
  • Participate in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning
  • Build and maintain automated testing and CI/CD practices
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of backend development experience in Java, be comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation, and possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks, familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git), and good communication skills.
