  • Job Summary

The role of an Account Support is to provide assistance to customers with their accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with account-related inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify and escalate potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures related to customer service.
  • Adhere to company standards for customer service excellence.
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualification: CA Inter/ICWA Inter/MBA Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 Year post-qualification experience in day-to-day finance accounting activities in ERP from any reputed organization.
