Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Zoho Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for customizing and implementing Zoho solutions such as Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, SalesIQ, PageSense, Desk, and Billings.

This role involves developing custom applications, integrating Zoho products with other systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing ongoing support to clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing complex Deluge code, functions, and workflows
  • Writing scripts to automate business processes and improve application functionality
  • Managing the entire development life cycle from concept to production
  • Maintaining technical documentation
  • Integrating Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Customizing Zoho applications using the Deluge scripting language to align with specific business processes and requirements
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator, and other Zoho products
  • Proficiency in custom application development and integration with other systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the IT outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of BI & Data Analytics is an advantage
  • Zoho certification is a plus
