Traditionally, employee benefits were limited to insurance and secondary care. Today, 90% of individual healthcare expenses in India are out-of-pocket for primary care such as mental wellness, fitness, nutrition, diagnostics, and regular doctor appointments.

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased these expenses multi-fold, creating a need for accessible systems.

In a professional setting, such offerings are lacking or provided in an ad-hoc manner through various platforms, resulting in a disconnected experience for employees with limited utilization and engagement.

This is where we come in - a one-stop solution for all employee health benefits needs. We help companies build customized wellness solutions focused on primary care aspects such as fitness, mental health, doctor teleconsultation, and OPD programs for employees and their families, reducing out-of-pocket expenses and creating healthier workforces.

We've stitched up the broken pieces of employee health benefits in India to make one streamlined platform, increasing employee engagement through gamification.

Our team is looking for a Data Engineer to join us. As part of your day-to-day work, you will:

  • Process data and information according to guidelines.
  • Help develop reports and analyses.
  • Support the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.
  • Identify and develop data pipelines to support data standardization.
  • Handle multiple sources of data, structure large data sets to find usable information, and come up with standardized schema.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Variety of skills and qualifications to solve problems using large amounts of data.
  • Good knowledge of databases such as MySQL and No SQL.
  • Coding skills in languages such as Python.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  • Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and ETL techniques.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
