Job Title: AI/ML Expert

We are seeking an exceptional AI/ML Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and serving Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex business challenges. This includes working closely with AI engineers to design and deploy LLMs using Azure environments, researching and implementing state-of-the-art LLM techniques, and developing novel data sets to enable LLMs to perform new tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and serve LLMs to address intricate business problems
  • Investigate and implement cutting-edge LLM methodologies
  • Create innovative datasets to empower LLMs to accomplish new tasks
  • Develop tooling and platforms to collect samples at scale
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in AI/ML
  • Background in LLM Engineering – pretraining, post-training/aligment
  • Deep proficiency in writing and reviewing production code in Python
  • Strong knowledge of LLM frameworks and libraries
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
