Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their specific payroll requirements and business needs.
  • Analyze, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules (Finance, Controlling) for permanent payroll processing.
  • Develop and implement efficient and accurate payroll workflows within the S/4HANA environment.
  • Integrate payroll processes with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., HR) to ensure data consistency.
  • Test and validate the implemented payroll solution to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to client teams on using the new payroll system.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SAP FICO projects from inception to go-live.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
