Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our team's software development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a minimum of 7 years of experience in leading high-performing teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js. They will also work with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to deploy and scale applications, optimize relational databases with MySQL for high-performance queries and transactions, and implement secure authentication, authorization, and API integrations.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Technical Lead will be expected to collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment, write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation, and troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Python programming languages, including Express.js and Nest.js frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MySQL database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP cloud services, including EC2, Lambda, RDS, Cloud SQL, S3, and other relevant technologies.
  • Knowledge of API development, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
