Customer Service Associate Job Description

The Air Ticketing Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing airport ticketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage check-in, boarding, and baggage handling processes to ensure smooth airport operations.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
  • Higher Secondary or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of airport procedures, including ticketing, ground staff, cargo, ramp, and staff processes.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply, although relevant experience is an advantage.
