Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Motion Designer to craft engaging animations and motion graphics that elevate user experience and make our products feel more intuitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create animations, transitions, and interactive states that enhance usability and visual appeal
  • Collaborate with designers to define and implement motion design for web and mobile interfaces
  • Build production-ready motion assets in Rive and Adobe After Effects
  • Export animations into JSON/Lottie format for seamless developer integration
  • Maintain a consistent motion language aligned with brand and product guidelines
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in UI animation, motion design, or interaction design for digital products
  • Strong skills in Rive and Adobe After Effects (with Lottie export workflow)
  • Understanding of animation principles, timing, and easing in UI contexts
  • Ability to translate static UI designs into fluid motion experiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
  • Portfolio showcasing UI animation and micro-interaction work
