- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Managing reservations and coordinating with internal teams

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in reservations and GDS systems
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field
This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru and will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
