Job Description

This role is a critical part of our operations, focusing on ticket sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and revenue generation through effective strategies
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Managing reservations and coordinating with internal teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ticket sales and sales skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in reservations and GDS systems
  • Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field
Working Environment

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be based in Bengaluru and will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
