IT Strategist

As a visionary IT leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and ML solutions for our wealth management, asset management, and investment research teams.

• Oversee the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead desktop engineering and end-user support to guarantee smooth operation of computing resources.
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type 2.
• Collaborate with departments to understand technology needs and provide effective solutions aligned with company objectives and compliance requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.

• Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting VM environments with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across various systems and platforms.
• Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
• Proficient in Active Directory management, group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
• Excellent skills in network administration, configuring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experienced with server management, installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
• Familiarity with AI/ML configurations to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for collaboration with development teams.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as Azure AD, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
