Process Automation Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing business process automation solutions using IBM BPM. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business process automation solutions using IBM BPM.
  • Develop and maintain process models, workflows, and integrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Implement BAW migrations from IBM BPM.
  • Develop hands-on knowledge on External services integration (SOAP/REST).
  • Experience in implementing BPDs, SLAs.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Skills and Database Skills.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience of 5-8 years on IBM BPM and at least 5 years on IBM BAW version 19 or above.
  • Good understanding of the components added/removed to/from BAW and well verse with new TW library.
  • Good understanding of the UI toolkit and design of toolkit.
  • Strong Object-Oriented Programming Skills, Strong Database Skills, Strong Communication skills.
  • Strong in Requirement.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services or any cloud, Strong Knowledge in Java Script.
  • Good to have java knowledge.
