Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Admission Counselor to join our team at Podar International School in Ujjain.

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting parents through the admission process, updating student details in software, and timely follow-up on existing database. You will also be involved in planning and executing marketing activities, checking school's website and Google listings, cultivating corporate tie-ups, maintaining records, and preparing reports.

  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and complete student data in software, adhering to school policies and procedures.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school's brand and admissions.
  • Social Media: Manage school's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
  • Partnerships: Identify and cultivate corporate tie-ups, fostering partnerships that benefit the school and its students.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports as required by the school administration.
