AI Engineering Lead

This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI applications. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for AI usage, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing AI solutions.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures, ensuring seamless operation of AI tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience delivering training and creating documentation.
