Enterprise Database and Appian Expert

Seeking an experienced professional to ensure the smooth operation of our enterprise-grade applications, focusing on Appian BPM and database environments.

  • Business Continuity - Ensure seamless functioning of Appian applications and related databases.
  • Support Levels - Monitor systems, handle routine issues, perform first-level triage, detailed troubleshooting, bug identification, environment support, workflow fixes, deep-dive technical analysis, architecture-level guidance, complex integrations.
  • Application Management - Manage and support application deployments, version upgrades, infrastructure components.
  • Production Support - Resolve production issues, meet defined SLAs.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering, alignment with business goals.
  • Workflow Optimization - Conduct workflow design and optimization using Appian BPM.
  • Integration Support - Troubleshoot and support templates, integrations, APIGEE, Oracle Integration Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Appian BPM: Design, development, support.
  • SQL Server database management and support.
  • Core and Advanced Java.
  • JIRA.
  • Data Analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in banking domain.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks effectively.
