Job Title: Data Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled data engineering professional to lead the development of our data infrastructure.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines using cloud-based technologies. They will be responsible for ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing scalable data architectures
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines to move and transform data from diverse sources into data warehouses or lakes
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and monitoring ETL processes
  • Optimizing ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data processing and ETL workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of big data tools and technologies, including Apache Sqoop, AWS S3, Hue, AWS CLI, Amazon EMR, Amazon MSK, Amazon Sagemaker, and Apache Spark
  • Experience with ETL tools and technologies, such as Talend
  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages, such as Python
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
