Role of a Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced engineer to provide engineering/design support for industrial structures in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.

  • Coordinate with offshore teams for extended engineering support.
  • Support sales teams in business development.
  • Understand client requirements for various projects.
  • Visit clients for technical discussions based on project needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engineering and drawing preparation.
  • Leading a team.
  • Providing engineering support to customer teams.
  • Coordinating with local authorities for engineering design approvals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
  • More than 5 years of experience in industrial structural design.
  • Aquaintance with codes like ACI 318, ASCE, AISC, and IBC.
  • Proficiency in structural design software like STAAD, SAFE, ETABS, AutoCAD, PDMS, and TEKLA.
  • Effective communication skills.

The ideal candidate will augment the onsite team from a business perspective.
