Job Title: Senior SoC Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the design of full-chip systems-on-chip (SoCs) for multi-million gate applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in AI accelerators, DNN accelerators, co-processors, interconnect fabrics, cache coherence, direct-to-direct (D2D), and chip-to-chip (C2C)
  • Ownership of pre-silicon design of next-generation AI accelerators, driving deliverables with design and intellectual property (IP) service providers, computer-aided design (CAD) tools, IPs, digital design for test (DFT)/physical design (PD)/packaging and test
  • Collaboration with internal architecture, software, emulation, and system board designers on product definition, microarchitecture, and design implementation
  • Leadership and management of VLSI teams of front-end design and verification engineers across India and Taiwan
  • Establishment of best practices for development, testing, reviews, and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 18+ years of experience in Very Large-Scale Integration (VLSI), SoC design, multiple silicon tape-outs/production
  • Hands-on experience in front-end design, VLSI flows, and working experience for all aspects of silicon tape-out, post-silicon validation
  • Self-motivated, organized individual with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in building and managing teams with the ability to motivate and lead in a startup environment
