Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to ensure seamless functionality across our integrations.

Main Responsibilities
  • 1. Test Planning & Execution
    • Develop comprehensive end-to-end test plans for critical systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, and Celigo integrations.
    • Execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations, ensuring defect-free deployment.
  • 2. Integration Testing
    • Verify real-time data synchronization between systems, identifying potential discrepancies.
    • Debug API failures and audit error logs to resolve issues promptly.
  • 3. Defect Management
    • Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, including detailed steps to reproduce and relevant screenshots/API payloads.
    • Monitor resolution SLAs and retest fixes to ensure quality standards.
  • 4. Automation & Tools
    • Design and develop Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
    • Utilize Celigo's built-in debugger to validate integration of jobs, reducing errors.
    • Leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations, streamlining the process.
  • 5. Compliance & Documentation
    • Maintain adherence to GDPR/SOC2 compliance guidelines in data handling, ensuring regulatory standards.
    • Promote QA wikis for test cases and runbooks, facilitating knowledge sharing among teams.
    Required Expertise

3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with extensive knowledge in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.

Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is highly valued.

Technical Skills:

  • Postman/Swagger (API testing).
  • Selenium/Playwright (UI automation).
  • Playwright/Rest Assured (API Automation)
  • Jira/Xray (test management).

Platform-Specific Knowledge:

  • NetSuite: Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports.
  • Salesforce: Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers.
  • Shopify: Liquid templating, GraphQL API.
  • Celigo: Integration flows, error handling.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Suite Foundation.
  • Salesforce Admin.
  • Celigo iPaaS.
  • ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL)

  • Defect Escape Rate (< 5% to production).
  • Test Coverage (> 85% of critical workflows).
  • Regression Test Runtime (optimized via automation).
