Enrollment Specialist

To excel in this role, you will play a pivotal part in forging meaningful connections between potential learners and our admission team. Your primary objective is to establish rapport with each learner, understanding their needs and effectively arranging video counseling sessions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage assigned leads through prompt contact via the auto dialer system.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest and eligibility for our programs.
  • BUILD A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH LEADS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND ACTIVE LISTENING.
  • Schedule video counseling sessions with admission specialists for qualified leads.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between leads and admission specialists to facilitate enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of Edtech-sales experience, preferably with study abroad focus.
  • Graduate degree required.
  • Prior experience working a 6-day workweek.
  • Currently working as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in previous companies.
Necessary Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with emphasis on English fluency.
  • Able to listen effectively and approach situations with empathy.
  • Persuasive abilities to influence learners towards video counseling sessions.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite & CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
