About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data analysis techniques to inform strategic business decisions.

Your expertise in data science and statistics will help us identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges across various business areas.

As a Sr. Data Scientist, you will play a key role in:

  • Designing and developing predictive models to forecast business outcomes;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions;
  • Providing data visualizations and insights to stakeholders to support business decision-making;
  • Evaluating and recommending new data sources and tools to enhance our analytics capabilities;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or a related field;
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in data science and analytics, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and Excel, including experience with data visualization tools like Tableau;
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning concepts;
  • Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • ELT experience;
  • Tableau/Looker/PowerBI skills;
  • Experience with automation and process optimization;
  • Familiarity with health-related data sets;
  • Google Cloud Architecture knowledge.
