Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field.
  • Proven track record of analyzing business needs and developing effective solutions.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms is highly desirable.
