Key Physical Design Lead

Job Overview: As a senior physical design engineer, you will lead and manage a team of engineers to drive innovation in the development of complex digital circuits.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers to ensure their professional development.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration throughout the design flow.

Physical Design Expertise: You will be responsible for defining and implementing the overall physical design strategy for assigned projects, considering factors like performance, power, and area. This includes performing floor planning, placement, clock tree synthesis (CTS), and routing.

  • Utilize physical design tools and methodologies to achieve timing closure and optimal physical design.
  • Ensure adherence to design rules and manufacturability guidelines.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical leadership on physical design aspects.
