Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide valuable insights to our clients. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will be crucial in making recommendations that drive business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead Complex Projects: Manage and execute complex reporting and analytics projects, including managing meetings, project plans, and timelines.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients and business partners to create use cases and build supporting documentation.
- Investigate System Performance: Collaborate with technology teams to investigate system performance and data issues.
- Develop Urgency: Facilitate problem-solving and meetings to address obstacles and ensure timely delivery of key deliverables.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment contract terms, company policies, and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ Years Experience: 4+ years of data analysis work experience.
- Development Experience: 3+ years of development experience with PowerBI and SQL query development.
- Enterprise Experience: 2+ years of experience working with enterprise data warehouse environments and healthcare organizations.
- Critical Thinking: Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to self-direct and work in a cross-functional team environment.
