Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

About the Role
  • Supporting AWS Cloud SaaS infrastructure to ensure mission-critical applications run smoothly, requiring expertise in system monitoring, ETL jobs, and troubleshooting batch job code.
  • Maintaining MS SQL Server performance and supporting infrastructure as code with Cloud Formation and Terraform, ensuring seamless integration of cloud-based systems.
  • Handling global patching and managing server installations and upgrades on Windows and Linux, necessitating strong automation skills using shell script, PowerShell, and ETL.

Requirements
  • Experience with AWS-hosted SaaS applications and relevant experience: 4 to 6 Years.
  • Proficiency in supporting high-availability MS SQL Server and automation using shell script, PowerShell, and ETL.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, Octopus, Ansible, PowerShell DSM, and container orchestration in ECS and EKS modes.
  • Understanding of web traffic flow and tools like Postman and Fiddler, along with production and development support experience.

Desirable Skills
  • Exposure to Octopus and Jenkins, as well as experience with continuous integration tools and configuration management tools like Ansible, CloudFormation, or DSM.
