Job Overview

This role supports banking device procurement, import, and inventory management. It requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate user requirements and assess market products/services for selection.
  • Compare goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing.
  • Finalize vendor and cost through RFP process based on user requirement and techno-commercial evaluation.
  • Support contract execution from SCM perspective.
  • Manage end-to-end activities for inventory management of banking products/devices.
  • Coordinate with users to understand requirements and manage inventories accordingly.
  • Review existing contracts and maintain trackers/repository.
  • Negotiate cost savings through contract renegotiation with partners/agencies.
  • Raise agreement needs in time and ensure renewals before expiry.
  • Handle imports shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, CHA, and customs.
  • Engage with users to resolve purchase, warehousing, and import-related pain points.
  • Coordinate with operations for timely vendor PO issuance and payment.
  • Maintain regular coordination with vendors for timely delivery and inventory reporting.
  • Publish daily inventory reports for all products.
  • Support data analysis for monthly procurement reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new products.
  • Manage vendor partnerships for competitive pricing and timely services.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in sourcing, import, and inventory control management.
  • Knowledge of procurement practices and governance.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing procurement data.

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced dynamic environment.
