Job Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer, you will create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential and commercial clients. You will have a strong creative flair, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for transforming spaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Lead project conceptualization and design. Develop and present project proposals, concepts, and designs to clients.
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, and constraints. Provide expert advice and solutions in line with client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders. Mentor junior designers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design elements meet our quality standards and client expectations.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills：
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in interior design with successful project delivery.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
