We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the territory.

About the Role
  1. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencing purchasing decisions and closing deals.
  3. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, pipeline activity, and customer feedback to inform future sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
