Large Language Model Trainer

We are seeking a skilled LLM Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in training and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance their conversational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop realistic dialogues and scenarios to simulate user interactions.
  • Work with or around LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks to improve model performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality training data and model deployment.
  • Maintain detailed records of training processes and outcomes to inform future improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Experience in any programming language or tech stack; strong grasp of APIs, data formats, and logical thinking is critical.
  • Native or professional proficiency in French language required.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, focusing on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
