As a UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user research to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct contextual inquiries, diary studies, thematic analysis, co-design, and other research methods to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and implement research plans, including participant recruitment, data collection, and data analysis.
  • Analyze and present research findings to stakeholders, including design teams, product managers, and executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to ensure that research findings are incorporated into design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  • Experience with agile process and delivery models.
  • A rigorous approach to documentation and organization.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze.
This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and be able to effectively communicate complex research findings to stakeholders. Additionally, they will have excellent project management skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
