Senior Structural Engineer

The Senior Structural Engineer role involves driving growth in our Food and Beverage business by leading design projects and teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead structural design of projects from conceptual phase to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Analyze and design super structures, foundations, steel, and concrete buildings, utilizing expertise in geotechnical analysis and report review.
  • Capture client requirements and advise on structural needs, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with disciplines and stakeholders to develop clash-free designs, fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.

This position entails managing scope within agreed schedules, monitoring key performance indicators, and mentoring team members. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory, with a Master's in Structural Engineering being an added advantage. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry, is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a willingness to travel, are essential. We seek a dynamic individual with a strong eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in a stable, long-term commitment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and instruction to Structural engineering practice. Mentorship and guidance of less experienced engineers are expected, along with effective communication with other engineering disciplines. All other duties as assigned will be part of this role.
