Credit Policy Administrator

As a Credit Life Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful administration of Credit Life Insurance policies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end administration, verifying borrower details, loan agreements, and eligibility for cover, as well as processing credit life claims efficiently and within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Administration: Ensure accurate issuance of certificates/policies in line with underwriting guidelines.
- Underwriting and Risk Assessment: Assess credit life insurance applications as per company underwriting standards.
- Claims Management: Verify supporting documents from banks/borrowers/beneficiaries and process claims efficiently.
- Compliance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of policies, claims, and risk assessments, ensuring all operations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the insurer and lending partners, providing training and support to bank staff on credit life products.
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations
