Job Description:

As a Senior React JS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our CRM application using React JS. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our CRM application using React JS.
  • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries to enhance the efficiency of the development process.
  • Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality code and application stability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in React JS development.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers as needed.
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain code quality.
  • Continuously improve and optimize the CRM application for better user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in React JS development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
  • Proven experience in building complex, data-driven web applications.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with version control systems Git Hub.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
