Speech Therapy Professional

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapy Professional. The role will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing individualized treatment plans to cater to diverse client needs
  • Working closely with families to ensure consistent progress and engage them in the rehabilitation process
  • Collaborating with other therapists and educators to deliver comprehensive care, leveraging their expertise to provide holistic support
  • Documenting progress, preparing reports, and participating in team meetings to drive informed decision-making
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Skills in Speech Therapy, Dysphagia, and effective communication strategies
  • Experience with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders, including assessment and intervention techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, prioritizing collaboration and open communication
  • Relevant certifications and licenses to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist, such as ASHA or AOTA
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field, preferred
  • Experience working with children with special needs, a valuable asset in this role
