Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished SAP FICO expert to lead our financial operations. This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive strategic growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain SAP FICO systems to ensure accurate and reliable financial data
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging expertise in FI, SD, MM, and PP modules
  • Provide input on strategic decisions affecting the functional area of responsibility, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • At least 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and maintaining SAP FICO systems
  • Experience in manufacturing industry clients is highly desirable
  • Good functional knowledge of FI (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reco) and SD, MM, PP modules, with ability to integrate with other modules and resolve CO-related issues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think out of the box solutions, driving innovation and growth
