Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 professional to join our organization as a Functional Consultant.

About the Role:

This role involves working with clients to implement and configure core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules, providing expert-level support and training to users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deep Understanding of Core Modules: Develop in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Project Execution and Support: Lead project execution, provide technical support, analyze business needs, consult on documentation, implementation, development, and troubleshoot server configurations.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify root causes, configure Server, and provide solutions by reading platform trace logs, ensuring seamless customer service experiences.
  • Communication and Training: Deliver excellent communication skills for providing support and training to users, fostering effective collaboration across teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI), Dynamics 365 Common Data Model, and Common Data Model to drive innovation and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • MS CRM Configuration Knowledge: Possess strong MS CRM configuration knowledge and application integrations with MS CRM.
  • DevOps and Reporting Experience: Have DevOps knowledge and SSRS reporting services experience to drive data-driven decision-making.
