Job Title: Applied AI Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Applied AI Architect to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and building end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop scalable infrastructure, architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design to prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Experiment & Ship: Collaborate across ventures to bring new AI-powered ventures to life by working alongside product managers, designers, and founders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong Programming Background: Python, Node.js, or similar with deep comfort in software engineering best practices.

Experience with ML/AI Frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.

Knowledge of Data Engineering & Databases: SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage.

MLOps and Deployment Experience: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.

Hands-on Exposure to Retrieval Systems: Embeddings and RAG pipelines.

A Builder's Mindset: Comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
