Graphic Design Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our team with various graphic design tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in the industry and learn from experienced professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Visual Content Creation:
    • Create engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and brochures.
    • Tailor designs to meet brand guidelines and project-specific requirements.
  • Master Industry Tools:
    • Work with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging platforms like Canva.
    • Gradually take on more complex design challenges as your skills develop.
  • Video Editing and Motion Graphics:
    • Assist with video editing tasks such as trimming, adding transitions, and creating animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
    • Contribute to motion graphic projects for dynamic social media campaigns.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketers, writers, and designers to brainstorm ideas and execute projects.
    • Participate actively in team meetings, offering creative input and new perspectives.
  • Brand Development:
    • Help maintain consistent branding across all digital and print materials, from logo placement to color schemes.
    • Support in building brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in visual representation.
  • Campaign Design:
    • Assist in creating social media banners, email headers, infographics, and ad creatives for marketing campaigns.
    • Experiment with trending design styles to keep campaigns fresh and appealing.
  • Research and Inspiration:
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and evolving aesthetics.
    • Contribute to mood boards and visual concepts that set the tone for creative projects.
  • UX and Digital Design Basics:
    • Learn to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
    • Assist with optimizing website visuals, layouts, and mobile-friendly content.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Review designs to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality.
    • Identify and resolve minor issues before submission.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Basic Knowledge of Design Tools:
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail:
    • A strong eye for detail and creativity in design.
  • Effective Communication:
    • Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Prior Experience or Coursework:
