Job Overview:

We are seeking a Release Management Professional to oversee the deployment and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage release schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare, validate, and deploy releases.
  • Oversee the deployment of SAP S/4HANA releases, ensuring changes are safely migrated into the production environment.
  • Support and maintain the SAP system landscape, including installation, maintenance, and housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager.
  • Implement and manage release management processes for SAP configuration and code through all production and project environments.
  • Coordinate testing activities to validate release readiness, ensuring that all changes meet quality standards before deployment.
  • Finalize cutover plans with detailed runbooks. Plan and perform mock cutovers before actual go-live.
  • Provide hypercare support and work closely with digital technology and business teams.

Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP technical architecture, including landscape, environment, and transport orders.
  • Experience: 2-6 years of experience in SAP release management or related roles, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, or a related field.
