  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Data Processing Specialist to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 3 years of experience in payment posting, demo & charge, correspondence, or charge entry.
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare concepts is required.

Responsibility Areas:

  • Processing of Medical Data: Accurately process medical data with precision and attention to detail.
  • Entering Charges and Posting Payments: Enter charges and post payments efficiently in the software.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards for client satisfaction.
  • Closely Work with Team Leader: Collaborate closely with team leaders to achieve shared goals.
  • Review Emails for Updates: Regularly review emails for updates and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify Issues and Escalate: Identify potential issues and promptly escalate them to immediate supervisors.
  • Adhere to Company Policies: Strive to maintain strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Sound Knowledge in Healthcare Concept: Demonstrate thorough understanding of healthcare concepts.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • At least 6 months to 3 years of experience in payment posting, demo & charge, correspondence, or charge entry.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
