About Experience Tribe

The Experience Tribe specializes in customer experience, optimizing platform UI, onboarding, org management, and key operational services like TimeOff, TimeSheet, expenses, and salary revision. We aim to create seamless experiences for our users.

We are on the lookout for engineering leaders who are passionate about technology and people. As a leader, you will play a significant role in growing the engineering team and leading them on technology products that will spell the dominance of Multiplier in this space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a sizeable technology product at Multiplier from inception to launch. You will work closely with your engineering team to develop the best technology product that works for our customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with our product and design teams to build products that delight and increase the success of our customers in an iterative fashion.
  • Architect, build, test, and release features with the highest quality. You will be involved at the ground level and work closely with engineers to identify and improve team, product, and engineering quality. You will focus a good portion of your time on contributing and reviewing code.
  • Promote the hiring process to identify and hire the best engineers worldwide for your team and the rest of the engineering team too.
  • Help shape the engineering and team culture by working closely with your reports and helping them grow their careers at Multiplier by providing frequent guidance and motivation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of industry experience in software engineering and 2+ years as an engineering leader managing a team of engineers to deliver sizeable products.
  • You have experience in leading product teams and building SaaS products. You can demonstrate the significant impact that your work has had on the product and the team, ideally in a high-growth product company.
  • Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language but it doesn't need to be a language that we use here Great people are effective and learn what we use quickly or introduce us to better ways of working.
  • Good understanding of web fundamentals and exposure to one or more Front End stacks.
  • Experience in working with cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, and similar platforms. Experience in scalable distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with agile approaches to building and delivering software. Have experience in building automated delivery of software to practice incremental development of product.
  • Decisions driven by data analysis.
  • Solving complex problems is enjoyable.
  • Experience in the overall hiring process of engineering talent and taking on challenging goals in this respect.
